Yolla Hospitality is looking for a Villa Manager to join our fast-growing team to manage and supervise a growing complex that going to have 35 villas (all in one area).
AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!
Salary: Rp. 9.000.000, -/ month.
Upon successful completion of the probation period (3 months) the employee is entitled to the Bonus (Service charge), DP and THR.
Full coverage under BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan will be activated since day 1 of employment.
Conditions: Working 6 (six) days with 1 (one) day off each week.
Position Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Proven experience in hospitality operations, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Strong English is a must. Please don’t apply if your level of English is not sufficient to communicate freely.
Strong organisational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
Attention to details and getting things done.
Proficiency in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
Capability of working independently with minimal supervision.
Readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Currently located in Bali.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily villa operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Supervise, schedule, and evaluate villa staff to ensure productivity, punctuality, and adherence to operational standards.
Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained, clean, and in great condition.
Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities, promptly addressing plumbing, electrical, and structural issues in collaboration with relevant vendors or internal teams.
Maintain and update inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure timely procurement and replenishment.
Manage villa utility payments and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition; report and follow up on any maintenance or repair needs.
Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Maintain a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging communication, teamwork, and accountability.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager by providing regular updates on operational matters, staff performance, and suggestions for improvement.
