* Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation for hospitality, F&B, travel, or lifestyle brands.
* Experience working within a structured marketing team, reporting to a manager, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Must meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
* Must be able to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in video shooting (DSLR, mirrorless, iPhone, drone footage is a plus) and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut).
* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, covering events, guest experiences, and resort activities.
