About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant based in Bali to design and deliver tailor-made luxury travel experiences. This role involves client consultation, itinerary creation, and ensuring seamless trip execution with high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for client inquiries (email, WhatsApp, web).
• Design personalized luxury travel itineraries including hotels, transfers, dining, and experiences.
• Coordinate bookings, logistics, and special requests.
• Provide pre-, during-, and post-travel support with a personal touch.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare accurate weekly travel reports.

Requirements

• Must be currently based in Bali.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Min. 2 years’ experience in travel consulting, hospitality, or luxury services.
• Strong organizational and client relationship skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
