Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and monitor all project implementation activities to ensure alignment with progress schedules.
2. Conduct inspection checklists at each work stage to maintain quality and compliance.
3. Hold weekly briefings with the project team to review progress and address issues.
4. Inspect materials/equipment ordered by the purchasing team to verify specifications and quality
5. Maintain thorough project documentation and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in field supervision (construction/project sites preferred).
2. Fluent in English (written and verbal) for effective communication is plus.
3. Strong leadership skills and logical decision-making abilities.
4. Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK/STM) in Construction, Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
6. Willingness to work mobile/on-site as required.
