Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and check them in/out efficiently
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, and booking software
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Manage client files and ensure confidentiality
- Educate clients on aesthetic clinic and spa services, promotions, and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby area
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, beautician, therapist and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience 1-2 years in a front desk, customer service, or spa/medical office setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, honest and responsible
- Professional appearance and has good manner, customer oriented
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain discretion and client confidentiality
