Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Social Media Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ad campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving engagement, leads, traffic, sales, and running like campaigns that align with our brand goals. You’ll be responsible for creating, executing, analyzing, and scaling paid social strategies that generate measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
2. Develop strategies for various campaign goals:
3. Engagement (comments, shares, saves)
4. Traffic (to website, landing pages, stores)
5. Sales/Conversions (through e-commerce or direct inquiries)
6. Like/follow campaigns to grow social presence
7. Create effective ad copy, visual briefs, and collaborate with content/design teams.
8. Monitor daily performance of campaigns and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI
9. Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
10. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in social media advertising.
11. Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure alignment on marketing objectives
Requirements:
1. Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
2. Strong portfolio of successful campaigns across engagement, sales, leads, traffic, and brand growth.
3. Deep understanding of ad metrics and optimization strategies.
4. Experience with ad tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
5. Proficiency in audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting techniques.
6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
