Job Title: Social Media Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist – Villa Management
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media MarCom Specialist to elevate the online presence of our villa management brand. This role is responsible for showcasing our luxury properties, engaging with potential guests and owners, and crafting compelling content that highlights the unique experiences we offer. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, lifestyle branding, and knows how to translate beautiful spaces into engaging digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote villa rentals and property management services
Create and schedule visually appealing and informative content (photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.)
Manage daily interactions with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an engaged community
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align messaging with promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
Track engagement and performance metrics to continuously refine content and strategy
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands
Strong visual eye and experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Bonus: Experience with influencer partnerships and social media advertising
