JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Assist client with their domestic & international air ticket.

• Offer flight options, prepare the essential travel documents needed, supply guest with extensive destination information and useful travel guide.

• Keeping track of airlines deposit & refund.

• Address and resolve customer issues or complaints.

• Using GDS Ticketing (Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus/Althea) in Expert Level for Issued/Reissued Domestic and International Ticketing.

• Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.

• Oversee all travelers’ reservation.

• Together with the team develop the marketing strategies.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT :

• Has excellent communication skills in English, both speaking and writing.

• Minimum 2 year experience at the same level.

• Minimum Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP with all kind Certification for Ticketing and/or Tourism Section.

• Demonstrates a strong service-oriented mindset.

• Knowledgeable and experienced In Domestic & International Ticketing.

• Familiar and Certified with/for Galileo/Abacus/Sabre/Althea reservation system

• Proficient in managing international clients.

• Must be able to work as a team.

• Able to work under pressure and able to multitask.

• Willing to participate in our marketing strategies.
