Senior Accountant – Real Estate/Property

Location: Bali, Indonesia  (NOTE : ALL CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN BALI)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with experience in the real estate/property industry to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.

– Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards and relevant tax regulations.

– Handle real estate financial transactions, including property sales, lease accounting, and investment reporting.

– Ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, PPh, and other applicable taxes) and liaise with tax authorities when needed.

– Develop financial forecasts, budgeting, and cash flow management.

– Conduct cost analysis and financial risk assessments related to real estate projects.

– Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

– Provide financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.

– Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

– Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in the real estate/property sector

– Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance

– Experience with real estate financial reporting, property transactions, and lease accounting

– Proficiency in accounting software (such as Accurate, SAP, or similar tools)

– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

– Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
