Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an up-to-date client list, securing high-value contracts with modern trade, baby shops, pharmacies, hospitals, and communities
- Meet monthly and quarterly sell-in and sell-out targets through territory-specific activation plans
- Perform regular store visits and competitor scans; share insights that close distribution gaps
- Coordinate merchandising, promo displays, and sampling so national campaigns run smoothly
- Handle pre- and post-sale inquiries, maintain on-time-in-full deliveries, and secure repeat orders
- Share field feedback with Marketing and Operations to refine Mamabear’s growth strategy
Requirements
- Holds a valid SIM C licence and owns a personal vehicle
- Minimum one year as a Sales Representative or Sales TO, ideally in Mom & Baby or FMCG
- Proven success in outbound sales and target achievement
- Target-oriented with strong critical-thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Mobile and efficient in route planning across assigned provinces
- High commitment, physical stamina, and mental resilience
- Integrity in upholding Mamabear quality standards and BPOM/Halal compliance
