Job Summary:

The BOQ Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate and structured quantity takeoffs and detailed BOQs for residential and hospitality construction projects. This role requires in-depth understanding of architectural and engineering drawings, collaboration with technical and site teams, and strong documentation skills. The specialist ensures that quantities are well-defined for use in cost estimation, procurement, and contractor payment validation.

Requirements:

1. Must be an Indonesian citizen

2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field

3. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BOQ preparation for residential, villa, or hotel construction projects

4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, local codes, and industry standards

5. High proficiency in reading and interpreting AR, STR, GP, and MEP drawings

6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and at least one BOQ takeoff software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift)

7. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Russian language is an advantage

8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation

9. Strong analytical and organizational skills

10. Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

11. Willingness to be based in Bali with site visits as needed

12. Familiarity with procurement, tendering, and cost control processes is a plus
