• Develop new standards for production and design and implement testing protocols across all service lines.
• Execute manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
• Establish quality metrics to track application improvements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
• Assist in troubleshooting and collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers.
• Monitor and manage bug reports in JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain records of complaints and nonconformance, conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Understanding of QA methodologies and software testing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in API testing using Postman.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mobile app testing.
• Experience in automation testing using Selenium or Cypress.
• Ability to perform performance testing and monitoring.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
