Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field

Work experience

Minimum 3 years in a similar role (QA/QC Inspector, Quantity Inspector, Site QA)

Experience in residential and hospitality construction required

Experience in premium-class or international projects is a strong advantage

Skills and knowledge

Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications

Proficient in Excel, PDF markup, and progress visualization tools (e.g., S-Curve)

Familiar with Indonesian construction and safety standards

Experience with Aconex, Procore, or similar document control systems is desirable

Languages

English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Russian is a significant advantage

Responsibility, attention to detail, independent work ethic

Willingness to move between job sites

Strong communication skills and technical assertiveness
