Job Description:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your goal will be to deliver products that meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Customer Focus: Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets their needs.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related studies.
2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working in Food and Beverage sector is a plus.
