Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area, including sun loungers and surrounding areas.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any inquiries or requests.
- Set up and arrange poolside furniture and equipment as needed.
- Regularly check and maintain pool water quality.
- Report any poolside or facility issues to the management team.
- Assist in handling pool towels, amenities, and supplies for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Requirements :
- Prior experience as a pool attendant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Must be domiciled in Bali.
- Good swimming skills and knowledge of basic pool safety.
- Friendly and customer-service oriented.
- Able to work under the sun and in an outdoor environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
