A fast growing natural body care brand based in Pecatu is looking for qualified assistants to the director.
Main work area is in Pecatu, with frequent travel to our shops. Please do not apply if you don’t have personal transport or cant make commute to the shops.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a project manager to allocate tasks to different departments and monitor progress of projects.
- Make contact with suppliers, clients, institutions or other parties which are related to the company’s business.
- Supervising the day to day operation of the brand, including regular update of social medi, production and store operations.
- Creating SOP for operations alongside directors and ensuring they are being implemented to high standard.
- Overseeing the daily operations of stores, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- Implementing stores sales strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand stores traffic and achieve sales targets.
- Following up on sales enquiry from wholesaler, consignment shops and reseller.
- Developing weekly and monthly sales reports on the progress of various projects.
- Responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks, including assisting with special projects; customer communication, digital marketing, sales, designing and producing, reports, and presentations.
- Researching on a project and ensuring the project goes well as instructed by the director.
- Have no problem to commute to different places to get the job done.
- Background in accounting or finance is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Graduated from Reputable University (Minimum GPA 3,5). Major preferred: Accounting, Marketing, Business Management
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a personal assistant, office manager, assistant manager.
- Background in retail industry or FMCG is a major plus.
- Problem solver. Have high cognitive & logical thinking ability to understand problems and self initiative to solve them.
- Have a great project management skill.
- Strong common sense, able to take initiative, and exercise independent judgment.
- Robust leadership quality.
- Multitasker and self motivated.
- Have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Indonesian.
- Good computer skills and tech literate.
- Own transport & based in Bali.
- Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
