About the Role

We are hiring a Product & Procurement Manager to lead product development, vendor management, and procurement for our luxury travel division in Bali. This role ensures competitive products, strong supplier partnerships, and profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, sourcing, and pricing for luxury travel packages.
• Build and maintain partnerships with hotels, DMCs, and experience providers.
• Negotiate contracts to secure best rates and value-added benefits.
• Oversee procurement processes and ensure compliance.
• Analyze market trends and adjust product offerings.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements

• Preferably based in Bali.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in product development & procurement (travel/hospitality).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Leadership experience preferred.
