Job Description: Social Media Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join our team.
Your primary role will be to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve the best possible ROI (Return on Investment).
Responsibilities
– Budget Management: Daily monitoring of ad spend and budget allocation to ensure efficient use of funds.
– Campaign Optimization: Proactively make adjustments (tweaks) to campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creatives, and placements, to improve performance and ROI.
– Analysis & Reporting: Analyze ad performance and generate regular reports on results achieved.
– Internal Communication: Provide routine reports on campaign status.
Ad Performance Management
You are expected to closely monitor ad performance and report on underperforming ads using the following format:
– ISSUE DESCRIPTION: Clearly explain the specific problem with the ad.
– HOW TO FIX: Describe the steps you will take to resolve the issue.
– WHAT THEY NEED: Specify any resources or support you require (e.g., new creative assets, copywriting adjustments, etc.).
– EXECUTION TIMELINE: Provide an estimated time to implement the fix (e.g., 10 minutes, 1 hour, or waiting on new artwork/write-ups).
Qualifications
– Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
– Fluent in English (Both spoken and written)
– Strong understanding of key ad metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and how to interpret them.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve ad performance.
– Excellent communication skills for reporting results and coordinating with the team.
