Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee a team of mechanics responsible for maintaining and repairing adventure equipment such as ATV machines and Bicycles.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained to high safety standards and is ready for use.
• Train mechanics on specialized equipment and safety protocols.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability.
• Keep track of spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely restocking.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to mechanics.
• Address and resolve any technical issues or emergencies that arise during operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanic Supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong track record of overseeing mechanical operations, ensuring timely repairs, and managing a team of technicians.
• An in-depth understanding of various adventure equipment and machinery such as ATV machines & bicycles is a plus.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic environment.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and adventure staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to handle the unpredictable nature of adventure settings.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations specific to adventure equipment.
