Foreman
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate construction work in the architectural and interior finishing stages.
Lead a team of workers in finishing work, including gypsum installation, plastering, and wall leveling.
Oversee the fabrication and installation of aluminum glass structures at project sites.
Organize and supervise welding work for staircases and other metal structures on-site.
Accurately interpret reference lines, angles, wall leveling, and other construction parameters.
Have a deep understanding of building structures and all construction phases.
Supervise electrical (MEP) work, including wiring, electrical points, and ensuring compliance with project plans.
Monitor sewage, drainage, communication systems, and waterproofing implementation.
Utilize AutoCAD to view, edit, and calculate construction elements.
Accurately calculate work volumes and required construction materials.
Effectively manage labor: schedule control, discipline enforcement, and work time tracking.
Motivate workers and lead the team with a fair and positive approach.
Ensure an honest and transparent work process, avoiding any corrupt practices (the company has an economic security division for oversight).
(Preferred but not mandatory): Ability to recruit additional workers for the project.
Qualifications:
Male, minimum age of 30 years.
At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years as a site supervisor.
Expertise in finishing work (gypsum, plastering, wall leveling).
Experience in aluminum glass fabrication and staircase welding work.
Understanding of electrical (MEP) installations, sewage systems, drainage, communication, and waterproofing.
Strong ability to control reference lines, angles, and wall leveling with high accuracy.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and ensure work is carried out according to project plans.
Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate workers, and excellent team management skills.
High integrity, fairness, and transparency.
Willing to work long-term.
No history of corruption (economic security oversight is in place).
