Responsibilities:
Office Vibes: Make sure our workspace is always on point—clean, organized, and stocked with all the essentials (yes, that includes snacks!).
Communication Central: Handle all incoming calls, emails, and messages like a boss. You’ll be the face (and voice) of our company!
Event Planning: From team lunches to company retreats, you’ll be the mastermind behind all our events.
Admin Ninja: Manage schedules, book meetings, and keep everyone on track. You’ll be the glue that holds our team together.
Tech Support: Basic troubleshooting for office equipment and software. No need to be a tech guru, but knowing how to restart a printer is a plus!
Finance Friendly: Assist with basic accounting tasks, like invoicing and expense tracking. Math skills are a must!
Qualifications:
Education: A degree or diploma in business administration, office management, or a related field would be awesome, but real-world experience counts too! If your GPA is >3.5, that would be a great bonus for you.
Experience: Fresh graduates to 2 years of admin or office management experience. Bonus points if you’ve worked in an agile, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Location: Bali-based or willing to relocate to Bali.
Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Skills:
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and any other tools we use.
Organization: You live for color-coded calendars and alphabetized files.
Communication: Clear, concise, and friendly—whether it’s in person, over the phone, or via email.
Problem-Solving: You can think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
Multitasking: You can handle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
