Job Responsibilities

* Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

* Create engaging content (copywriting, graphics, video ideas) tailored to each platform

* Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers to grow community interaction

* Support marketing team in analyzing performance metrics and creating reports

* Help with email marketing, SEO tasks, and basic design work using Canva or similar tools

* Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing

* Assist with coordination of promotional events or product launches

Requirements

* Min. Diploma degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

* Min. 1-3 yrs experiences in Digital Marketing position

* Familiar with popular social media platforms and trends

* Have a strong/smart mind and strategic in marketing industry

* Strong communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

* Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus

* Detail-oriented, creative, and willing to learn

* Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
