Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Architect to support our team with detailed technical drawings, AutoCAD drafting, and documentation for ongoing projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for precision in architectural execution.

Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings in AutoCAD for architectural projects.

Develop floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction details based on design concepts.

Coordinate with senior architects and designers to refine designs into buildable solutions.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and construction standards.

Assist in preparing presentation drawings, diagrams, and 3D models as needed.

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for technical coordination.

Maintain and organize project documentation and CAD files.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), with experience in technical drawing production.

✅ Familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, or Revit is a plus.

✅ Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.

✅ Ability to read and interpret engineering and structural drawings.

✅ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

✅ Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

✅ Prior experience in residential or hospitality projects is preferred.
