A Japanese Project Coordinator is responsible for the task such as contact and negotiate to client, make and manage timeline, make system document, email setting, etc. What we are looking for this position is a person who has strong Guts and has IT Basic knowledge. Beside tasks related to Project Coordinator, responsibility include building teamwork between Design team & Sales team and regularly report about project to Director. Proven experience in team management and Japanese speaking skill are required. Experience as a Project Manager is a plus point.
You will get 3 months of training of Project Management in our office in Bali. We are looking for someone who would commit working with us for a long-term (minimum of 2-3 years contract). We would love to work with someone who can match with Japanese style discipline and young fun style of culture and commitment for long-term to stay in Bali.
Responsibility:
Analyze client requirements & provide best solution
Control projects & manage development team (including technical & mental support)
Engage with clients to achieve project goals
Do UAT or review for every deliverable.
Coordinate & input initiatively within Project Management Team, Mobile App Team, Design Team, Sales Team, and Client
Competency:
Proficient English and Japanese are required
Understand about website/app system development (including from business point of view)
Able to communicate & manage within the projects & teams with supportive environment
Discipline and high morality are required
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor (D4/S1) degree
Minimum 1 years working experience in office work
Experience of Project management, coordinator
