Roles and Responsibilities
- Resolve IT system and infrastructure issues.
- Support clients with technical expertise.
- Ensure IT operations policies are properly applied.
- Provide IT guidance to clients.
- Update IT assets and contract lists on a regular basis.
- Provide proper tools for clients that comply with IT policies.
- Handle procurement of IT devices.
- Monitor and manage IT tickets.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as IT Support.
- Minimum Diploma degree in Computer Science or any IT-related field.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Strong knowledge in IT systems and infrastructure.
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
- Good team player.
- Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications are preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud computing.
- Good understanding of networking (wired and wireless).
- Knowledge of antivirus software and cybersecurity practices.
- Practical knowledge of IT software and hardware.
