Vacancy: 3D Designer (Construction Company, Bali)
Responsibilities:
Develop photorealistic 3D visualizations of villas, interiors, and landscapes.
Create conceptual renderings based on sketches and architectural plans.
Model interior, exterior, and environmental elements.
Work with textures, materials, and lighting to produce high-quality renders.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to implement adjustments and refinements.
Prepare presentation materials for clients and investors.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in 3D design (preferably in architecture or construction).
Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, or similar software.
Experience with Photoshop for post-processing renders.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and documentation.
Strong artistic sense, attention to detail, and a passion for creating high-quality work.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet project timelines.
Experience with animation and video presentations is a plus.
