Responsibilities : 

• Ensure that there is a list/reference of candidate applicants according to the needs of each department.
• Monitor Personnel administration which includes Employee Data.
• Assist HRD in determining employee work status and monitoring its continuation.
• Monitor and follow up the work contract process and appointment of permanent employees.
• Anticipating the extension of the work contract and the process of termination of employment due to the expiration of the work contract.
• Assisting crosscheck to concerned employees.

Qualifications : 

• Undergraduate last semester or fresh graduate of Psychology, Law, Management and Accountancy.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS.
• Energy, drive, and resilience who can work in an agile, fast-paced environment and respond quickly to business needs.
• Placement in Bali.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Preferably lived in Bali.
