Job Description :
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, liaising with recruitment agencies, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
- Organize and design training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles.
- Address employee concerns, provide counseling on HR policies, and manage performance issues.
- Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with management on employee performance reviews and development plans.
- -Promote a positive company culture through various initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Job Qualification - A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
