Job Description :
- Greet and seat guests as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists.
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues.
- Other Responsibilities :
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by the manager / management
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Be aware of the fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
Job Spec :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a customerfacing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Good communication skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
