Base salary IDR 20,000,000 – IDR 50,000,000 + a commission structure crafted to maximize your earnings.
Wellness by Solace is a leading wellness brand in Indonesia, specialising in high-end luxury wellness equipment and customised wellness solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure KPIs and targets are consistently met.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on high-end consumer products or luxury goods.
✔ Proven track record in both inbound and outbound sales, with experience leading a team.
✔ Background in both B2C and B2B sales, with experience selling premium consumer goods to high-net-worth individuals, businesses, or commercial clients.
✔ Proven ability to exceed sales targets and implement effective strategies.
✔ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
✔ Data-driven, KPI-focused, and highly strategic in achieving revenue growth.
✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Own and drive the sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
✔ Lead and mentor the sales team, providing training, motivation, and support.
✔ Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring the team meets conversion goals and sales objectives.
✔ Analyse sales performance data, adjusting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
✔ Manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
✔ Align sales and marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the marketing team.
