Amandaya Canggu is seeking an exceptional Front Office Hotel professional to join their team in Bali, Indonesia. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be a key part of the customer-facing operations at this prestigious resort in a stunning location.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting and assisting guests in a warm and professional manner
- Efficiently handling check-in and check-out processes
- Providing excellent concierge services to ensure guests have an exceptional experience
- Resolving guest queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records and reports on guest activity
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to deliver seamless service
- Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar front office or hotel reception role
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in using hotel management software and systems
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
