We are looking for a proven performer for our Front Office, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
• Daily front office operations (check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries).
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor room allocation, occupancy, and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily reports and assist management with operational tasks.
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office/Reception (hospitality industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong concierge skills.
