This role combines mobile member care with discreet, refined service in our club’s key areas. You will maintain high standards in member spaces and provide seamless support across the club.

Responsibilities:

• Escort members to recovery, fitness, or lounge areas.
• Conduct hourly checks of locker rooms and recovery spaces.
• Restock and present amenities to premium standards.
• Offer thoughtful touches like cold towels or herbal teas.
• Assist front desk during peak hours.
• Adjust music, lighting, and scent to maintain ambiance.
• Communicate with team discreetly.

Requirements

• Hospitality, spa, or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Attention to detail and discreet service style.
• Professional grooming and polished presence.
