Fas a Fas is a French-inspired bakery and café based in Ubud, Bali. We serve our community through a welcoming café space and a growing wholesale business. Our values center on quality, sustainability, and creative collaboration—and we’re looking for an organized and enthusiastic intern to join our team starting July 2025.
Role Overview:
As an Admin and Accounting Intern, you will play a supporting role in managing the day-to-day financial and administrative needs of the business. You’ll gain hands-on experience across both the café and wholesale sales channels in a dynamic, purpose-driven F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist in tracking inventory, scheduling, and supplier coordination
- Update internal checklists, forms, and operational documentation
- Help maintain databases for wholesale clients and products
Accounting Support:
- Record daily café and wholesale sales data
- Assist in preparing and tracking wholesale invoices
- Organize receipts, payment records, and petty cash logs
- Support the preparation of monthly financial summaries and reports
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Accounting, Finance, or Business program
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (knowledge of accounting software is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Based in Bali, preferably in Gianyar or nearby areas
- Interest in the food industry or sustainability is a plus
