Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and sending of invoices to customers.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and account activities.

Monitor account receivables aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collections of payments.

Support the development and implementation of accounts receivable policies and procedures.

Assist in the reconciliation of customer accounts and discrepancies.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to invoices and payment status.

Requirements

Based in Bali.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting is a plus.
