Plural is a creative & wellness studio located in Canggu, Bali. We are growing our business and team and are searching for a Junior Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Supervise food preparation and ensure proper hygiene and safety standards are maintained
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely food service
• Check and manage inventory levels; report shortages and assist with stock ordering
• Monitor freshness of ingredients and proper storage methods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control when needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a professional kitchen (minimum 3 years)
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
• Culinary certification or relevant education is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
