Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize project documents in accordance with company standards
- Ensure accurate distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to project documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with document control procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- Utilize Document Management System (DMS) for efficient document control.
- Monitor document updates and ensure all records are up to date.
Qualifications:
- Female, aged 20-35 years.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Admin or Document Controller in construction projects.
- Strong understanding of document administration and distribution flow in projects.
- Systematic, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.).
- Willing to work in a dynamic environment and accustomed to strict targets.
