We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy freelancer to help find leads for long-term rentals in Bali and build a property database. If you’re great at internet research, organizing data, and working efficiently on a computer, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

✅ Find potential tenants looking for long-term rentals in Bali (through online research, forums, social media, and listing sites).

✅ Create and maintain a database of available rental properties, including pricing, location, and amenities.

✅ Match potential tenants with suitable properties based on their needs.

✅ Monitor online listings and keep track of market trends.

✅ Assist in digital marketing efforts to attract more tenants and property owners.

✅ Report findings and updates in an organized way.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Must be based in Canggu and able to work on-site daily.

✔ Freelancers welcome (non-binding position, with potential for ongoing work).

✔ Fast and efficient with online research and data entry.

✔ Comfortable using spreadsheets, databases, and research tools.

✔ Good at organizing and sorting large amounts of information.

✔ Can communicate well in English (written & spoken).

✔ Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

✔ Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or research is a plus!
