We are looking for a Customer Service for a new residence in Seminyak.
QUALIFICATIONS
Provide product and service information in response to public inquiries via WhatsApp, Telephone, Email, and Website.
Forward potential tenant leads to the Sales Department.
Conduct apartment showings and facility tours while explaining details to prospective tenants.
Manage monthly payments for rent, electricity, and other utilities in coordination with the Finance Department.
Handle tenant needs and complaints by coordinating with GOO – Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security.
Handle tenant signings, manage lease contracts, and record them in the VHP system along with check-in and check-out dates (rental administration). Ensure tenants understand and comply with lease terms, payments, and any additional charges not included in the agreement.
Coordinate tenant check-in and check-out processes with GOO – Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security. Ensure the apartment unit is in proper condition during both check-in and check-out, and provide explanations of included facilities.
Maintain good relationships with tenants.

Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT).
