Job Responsibilities :
• Managing customer inquiries, coordinating and handling airfreight and ocean freight shipments from end to end.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the inquiries and shipments.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process, proactively communicating with customers about any delays or changes.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications related to airfreight and ocean freight shipments.
• Work closely with the teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Assist in the development of operational improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
Requirment :
• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
• Have problem-solving skill
• Have good teamwork
• Fresh graduated are welcome.
• Experience in handling export-import clients is point plus.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Computer and Software : Excellent PC skills with emphasis on presentation and modelling (Word, Power Point, Excel).·
• Good English communication skills
• Good time management and ability to manage work priorities.
• Able to solve immediate problems and fast response.
• Have a reference customer for Logistic Industry
