Eling Group, a purpose-driven wellness ecosystem in Bali, is looking for a visually minded storyteller to craft scroll-stopping content and amplify the soul of our brands—Sang Spa, Pasraman Bali Eling Spirit, Eling Sanctuary, and Eling Academy.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Content Creator, you will turn ideas into engaging photos, videos, and copy that inspire our global audience and drive brand growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form & long-form content for IG, TikTok, YouTube, and blog
• Transform briefs into creative concepts that align with our wellness/spiritual positioning
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all visual and written assets
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Ops Team to support campaigns and launches
• Stay on top of digital trends, formats, and best practices
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting

WHO YOU ARE:

• 1–3 years of proven experience creating social media content (portfolio required)
• Skilled in operating a professional camera (mirrorless/DSLR) for both photos and videos
• Proficient with mobile & desktop editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Strong eye for composition, color, and storytelling
• Basic English communication; able to write simple captions in English & Bahasa
• Experience with drone operation is a plus
• Passionate about wellness, lifestyle, and mindful living
• Able to live or relocate to Ubud – Bali and work on-site
