Job Title:
Planner (Budget & Scheduler) – Construction Projects
Job Overview:
The Planner (Budget & Scheduler) is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate construction schedules, budgets, and cashflow forecasts for residential and hospitality development projects. This role ensures proper alignment of planning data with engineering documentation and site realities, in close coordination with engineers, estimators, site supervisors, and project managers.
Requirements:
Nationality:
Indonesian citizen
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
Experience:
1. 3–5 years in construction planning/scheduling for villas, apartments, or hotels
2. Familiarity with luxury/high-end project environments
3. Experience working alongside architects, engineers, and project teams
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and cost planning software
2. Understanding of BOQ, AR/STR/MEP drawings
3. Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, materials, and permitting
Language:
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
4. Russian language is a plus
Soft Skills:
6. High attention to detail and accuracy
7. Strong communication and coordination abilities
8. Ability to manage multiple timelines and respond to fast-changing project needs
