Job Summary:
Business Development Engineer plays a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships and acquiring new leads and projects. This role focuses on networking, identifying business opportunities, and managing the sales process. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth.
- Proactively generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from proposal to completion.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical consultation to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the construction industry.
- Minimum conversational English ability.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into sales opportunities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Placement & Compensation:
- Location: Canggu, Bali
- Base Salary: IDR 6,000,000 – IDR 9,000,000 per month
- Lucrative Commission Structure: high achievers earn substantial additional income
