Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and concerns from potential customers and clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve client issues by providing effective solutions tailored to their needs.
- Promote and sell the company’s recruitment services to potential customers and clients through cold-calling.
- Achieve and surpass established sales targets.
- Maintain precise records and documentation of potential customers and clients.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or abroad.
- Preferably based in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Open to all nationalities; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset.
- Honest, loyal, quick learner, team player, and a positive attitude.
- Adaptable to changes and capable of working under pressure.
