Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries and concerns from potential customers and clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve client issues by providing effective solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Promote and sell the company’s recruitment services to potential customers and clients through cold-calling.
  • Achieve and surpass established sales targets.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation of potential customers and clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service and sales strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university, either in Indonesia or abroad.
  • Preferably based in Bali or willing to work in the Denpasar area.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Open to all nationalities; fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset.
  • Honest, loyal, quick learner, team player, and a positive attitude.
  • Adaptable to changes and capable of working under pressure.
