Business Development Associate will be responsible for acquiring revenues from enterprise clients of Glints Job Portal by approaching new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glints’ Bali office.
The selected candidate will focus on acquiring and managing clients in Bali and East Java areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and reach clients to use Glints Job Portal via inbound and outbound approaches
- Offer any purchasable packages related to Glints Job Portal to all potential clients
- Maintain relationships with Glints Job Portal clients, including but not limited to presentations, after-sales services, quotation delivery, etc.
- Gather feedback from clients for the betterment of Glints Job Portal
Who We Are Looking For
- Someone with 2 years of experience in sales, business development, and/or account management
- Has experience in cold-calling, cold-emailing, or outbound approaches in B2B sales
- Has a proven track record of hitting revenue targets
- Comfortable and can adapt quickly in a newly formed team and fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in negotiation techniques
- Familiar with different company payment systems
- Understands how to use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Able to navigate databases and proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
