Responsibilities
* Greet customers and answer questions about ingredients and drink menus
* Take orders, paying attention to details like coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios
* Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks
* Prepare and serve small meals and pastries
* Promote coffee consumption by educating customers
* Sell coffee and coffee-related equipment, accessories, and supplies
* Maintain safety precautions, hygiene standards, and attractive displays of food and beverages
* Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards with attention to quality and presentation

* Espresso pulling, coffee brewing, and latte art
