Job Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee daily accounting operations in the real estate business.
– Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
– Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely transactions.
– Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
– Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws.
– Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
– Work closely with management to provide financial insights and strategies.
– Assist in financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector.
– Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
