AI & Automation Strategist Position at Wellness by Solace

Base Salary: IDR 20,000,000 – 35,000,000

Wellness by Solace is a leading wellness brand in Indonesia, specializing in luxury wellness equipment and bespoke wellness solutions for both residential and commercial clients.

We are looking for an AI & Automation Strategist to assess, implement, and optimize AI-driven tools that improve efficiency across all departments. This role is key in identifying opportunities for AI adoption, supporting staff in using AI tools effectively, and ensuring AI-driven processes align with business goals.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in AI implementation, automation, or business process optimization.

✔ Strong understanding of AI tools and SaaS platforms for workflow automation and business efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Jasper, Notion AI).

✔ Ability to analyze business processes and identify AI-driven improvements.

✔ Experience training and supporting teams in using AI-powered tools.

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple departments.

✔ Fluent in English and able to communicate technical concepts clearly.

✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assess and identify AI integration opportunities across departments.

✔ Implement and optimize AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

✔ Provide training and support to staff on AI tools and automation solutions.

✔ Work with department heads to align AI strategies with business goals.

✔ Stay updated on AI advancements and recommend practical business applications.

✔ Monitor AI-driven processes and continuously optimize performance.
