We are looking for a Public Area Engineering Staff for a new residence in Seminyak.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

Minimum 1 year of working experience in a 5-star hotel.

Proficient in preventive maintenance planning methods and basic MEP troubleshooting.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably those who have completed OJT or DW (Daily Worker) experience at a 5-star hotel for at least 6 months.

Good understanding of basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Able to perform routine inspections of public facilities.

Capable of conducting minor repairs.

Skilled in using tools properly and familiar with occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures.

Able to perform regular checks and minor repairs on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) equipment in public areas, ensuring all facilities are functioning optimally.

Observant and attentive to detect potential issues before they affect guest comfort.

Able to handle damage reports, complaints, or repair requests quickly and accurately.

Capable of coordinating with housekeeping, security, and other departments to support public area operations.

Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT).
