Plural Club is a premium wellness, recovery, and social members’ club in Bali. Designed for those who live in layers, our four-level space features a state-of-the-art gym, recovery lounge, sauna and plunge pools, café-restaurant, pool deck, and shared work/social areas. Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Support the General Manager as second-in-command, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Supervise and inspire front-of-house staff (Front Desk, Arrival Hosts, Butler Services).
- Uphold service standards and help train the team in hospitality, member care, and sales.
Membership Sales & Growth
- Lead membership engagement and onboarding, achieving monthly sales KPIs.
- Confidently present Plural’s offerings, convert prospects into members, and strengthen retention.
- Collect and report on member feedback to shape future growth.
Community & Events
- Drive programming that makes Plural meaningful — wellness workshops, cultural activations, and social gatherings.
- Build connections across members, collaborators, and partners to grow the Plural community.
- Contribute creative ideas for how we gather, celebrate, and tell our story.
- Creative Marketing & Storytelling
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns, newsletters, and social content.
- Highlight members, events, and lifestyle moments that make Plural unique.
- Ensure all communications carry an authentic, welcoming, and aspirational tone.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years’ experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or community-focused businesses.
- Sales-driven with proven success in achieving targets.
- Strong leadership skills — organized, detail-oriented, proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect across cultures and communities.
- Creative and resourceful, with an eye for storytelling and engagement.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.
